The LS5 is a complete set up solution that can be integrated with an automatic sheet loading system and pallet changer for unloading processed parts. Excellent for a variety of material types and thickness changeovers, and allows for adding an automated storage tower (1 or 2).

 The configurability of the LT8.20 Tube Laser makes this platform the right machine to drive all your round, square, rectangle tube and open profile advanced requirements. Offering tubes and profiles up to 27 lb/ft in weight and up to 9.45” in diameter. 

LC5 optimally integrates two systems: a dedicated module for sheet metal cutting and a dedicated module for tube cutting.
Optional automatic sheet loading and unloading and storage towers, useful for automatic production changeover between different materials and thicknesses.

 The fiber tube laser solution for large diameter tubes and profiles that are up to 41 lb/ft in weight and tube processing up to 12” in diameter.  

  Metal Cutting System available in 3015/4020 Models offering from 3kW to 20kW Fiber Laser Power w/ simultaneous axis 2g accelerations averaging 10 pallet changes per hour. 

 The ELECT is an all-electric tube bender configured for left or right-handed bending capability of tubes up to 5.91” (150 mm) diameter. Set-up is automatic, no experience 

is necessary. 

 The E-TURN is a highly versatile system for right-handed and left-handed bending of tubes up to 2.0” (52 mm) diameter. Featuring in-process fixed or variable radius and in multi-radius mode. Able to mount up to 8 tools at the same time and position the variable radius at any level.
